Mariano Fisac describes the
Pepe Vieira Winery as

The Camino de Santiago is the protagonist at this winery: “the thread that weaves together the story told through wine and, of course, cuisine.
The guest chooses the path they would like to take, or where they would like to stop. Our commitment is to ensure that each stop, each bottle, will provide a transparent reflection of the essence of a landscape and a producer who has contributed their good work to following this pathway.
Authenticity is the common denominator, understood as the winemaker who bases their work on the landscape, taking care of their vineyard, looking after the soils using sustainable viticulture, and closing the full circle by being the person who assists in the magic of fermentation, intervening only when necessary”.
